About

At 9to5Fitness we work with time-poor professionals who work high-pressure jobs in the city. Our clients look for a professional coach or trainer who can relate to them. Someone who has worked the 9 to 5 before and Matyas is just like that.

 

He is 42, proud father of one, spends 50+ hours a week in the city, commutes, and had worked in high-pressure management roles before. He understands exactly what people working in the city need to do in order to look, feel and perform 10 years younger.


He obtained his MSc while becoming a father. Balancing work family and studies took its toll on him. He has overcome issues with his blood pressure, weight and sleep that were the result of high levels of stress.

His reserved demeanour, mature personality combined with a holistic approach and his nearly 20 years of experience coaching and mentoring people makes him stand out in the sea of personal trainers of whom many are young, and may still lack the depth of understanding of what their clients really want and need.
