No longer limited by rules of the gym, scheduling necessities, and financial obligations to a host of other parties, I can give you precisely what you need, when you need it regardless if you what to train at home, the office or at the gym.
That, and over the course of your training you will need different things from me in terms of direction, support, accountability and workout levels.

If you have no experience in physical exercise at all we recommend face to face sessions to start with after getting medical clearance. However, to improve your health and appearance there are other things such as diet and lifestyle choices that can be brilliantly addresses via online personal training.
I am sure you have heard that diet is more important than exercise and we believe that exercise has to be matched to the experience and fitness level of every client. You might have also heard that cardiovascular exercise is not the most effective way to lose weight.
Even though there are training methods that may lead to faster weight loss cardiovascular exercise has a large number of benefits on human physiology and it can be done safely without face to face supervision, again after medical clearance.

So if you have little exercise experience or you haven't been active for the past few years you can still achieve most of your fitness goals via online personal training.
