Whether you are interested in 1 2 1 personal training (Now online), ongoing nutrition coaching or a combination of the two, you can request access to your program via our membership area at no additional cost when you commit to a minimum of 12 sessions (to be used over a maximum of 13 weeks.

1 2 1 personal training
After the complimentary consultation the next steps on your fitness journey are static and dynamic assessments such as questionnaires, measurements and movement assessments. This will ensure we are giving you the best health and fitness program possible, all tailored to your current fitness level, experience, goals and your current lifestyle.

You have the option to select sessions that suit your schedule such as 30 and 60 minute in person training session (now limited) or remotely.
In-person only:
You will need a membership and we are happy to deduct the price of your membership in case you already have a gym membership somewhere else.
(If you already have a membership with The Gym Group and you need to upgrade to a multi site membership this term will apply to the fee of your upgrade only)

We will coach you how to use the gym equipment safely, how to perform exercises with the best form and why we are doing what are doing so you can feel confident about yourself and your health and fitness program.

Your program will be available to you 24/7 online via our membership area, so are your paperwork and coaching materials.

1 2 1 boxing (for fitness) (temporarily unavailable)
You could be the most pacifist person in the room and yet have the most fun at throwing punches. Boxing is very engaging, energetic and enjoyable especially when no one hits back.

At 9to5fitness.co we offer boxing for fitness sessions meaning you will have the gloves and we will hold the pads. We will teach you a safe way to perform basic punches and combinations that help improving your stamina, core strength, coordination and burn hundreds of calories meanwhile not staring at a screen nor wishing the time away.

Perfect for 30 minute lunchtime sessions or as part of longer 1 2 1 personal training sessions. We provide gloves and inner gloves but if you prefer using your own equipment we are happy with that too.

Your situation is unique and we understand that. We will listen from the start and find out how we can best help you. Therefore this complimentary consultation may be the most important step on your journey to better health and fitness.
​
This 15 to 30 minute session can be done over the phone or in person and helps us to understand your needs and it helps you decide whether we are a good fit.
